Caramel Drizzle and Blueberry High Protein Smoothie

Caramel Drizzle and Blueberry Smoothie is high in protein and so deliciously satisfying. It is a fantastic quick meal that lifts you up and makes you feel invigorated thanks to all the nourishing ingredients.

2024 is the year we put caramel drizzle over EVERYTHING!

Starting with our thick and luscious blueberry smoothie :)

I literally closed my eyes and started laughing when I took the first sip of this smoothie. Followed by an immediate: “What in the hell?! This is crazy good!!!”

a.k.a. ‘replace your dessert’ so good.

The ‘caramel’ drizzle comes together in the matters of minutes by simply mixing almond butter, maple and vanilla.

And then we have our blueberry smoothie…

A high protein smoothie that has all the flavors of caramel from juicy medjool dates, to vanilla and creamy almond butter.

And we’re using my absolute favorite California Giant blueberries to bring this smoothie to life.

Whenever my intention with a meal is to feel invigorated and refreshed, I turn to fruit. I turn to blueberries.

These blueberries brings a levity to the smoothie - keeping it fresh, light and uplifting, all while complimenting the rich caramel essence that enrobes the smoothie.

Caramel Drizzle Blueberry High Protein Smoothie 

Serves 1

For the Smoothie:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup any milk

1/3 cup greek yogurt

1/2 cup California Giant Blueberries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2-3 dates, pitted

1 tbsp almond butter

Dash of cinnamon

Caramel Sauce:

2 tbsp peanut, almond or cashew butter

2 tbsp maple syrup 

2 tsp vanilla extract

Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass. 

Then make the the caramel sauce by simply mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl. 

Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the smoothie and enjoy!
