I'm very excited, as I've finally updated the pantry section so that it highlights various ingredients and how they do wonders for your body, which season to purchase, shelf life and a few more things! So far I've posted the section dedicated to Fruit. You will find a list of my favorite fruits that I love to have on hand in my kitchen - everything from avocados, pomegranates, blackberries to nectarines.
It's very simple to navigate as you just click on the image of the fruit you would like to discover. It will lead you to a page dedicated to that fruit with nutritional information and how they can be used in recipes.
In the coming weeks I will add a vegetable, grain, nut, and superfoods sections. As for now, enjoy the fruit!
